PROCESSING TIME

Every piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be made before it ships. Engraved or personalized pieces may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship from our studio in Corpus Christi, Texas. Shipping within the United States is a flat $8.00 on orders under $55.00, and free on orders of $55.00 and up. International orders are quoted at checkout by USPS or DHL Express before you pay; any duties, taxes or customs charges are the customer's responsibility. Every order ships with tracking. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after dispatch, so total time from order to delivery is typically 8-12 business days.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, email hello@omnism.store.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact hello@omnism.store and we will open an inquiry with the carrier and make it right.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Return and refund policy.
