Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Because every piece is handcrafted to order, please review sizing carefully before ordering. A sizing guide is available on our site.
Items we cannot accept
- Engraved or personalized pieces, which are made specifically for you
- Items damaged through wear, alteration, or improper care
How to start a return
Email hello@omnism.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns received without prior authorization cannot be processed.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a return that does not reach us.
If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and will replace or refund it in full.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5-10 business days to post the funds.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different ring size within the same 30-day window. Email hello@omnism.store and we will arrange it. Because each piece is made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for the replacement to be crafted.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will replace or refund it in full, including shipping.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided crafting has not begun. After that, because each piece is made to order, cancellation may not be possible.
